By installing or using Part 107 Trainer you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. "We" and "us" mean Appana Ventures LLC, which publishes the app.

A study aid

Part 107 Trainer helps you prepare for the FAA Remote Pilot knowledge test. It is not flight training and it does not replace the regulations, the Airman Certification Standards, or your own judgment. Check the current FAA sources before you rely on anything here for a real flight or a real exam.

No affiliation with the FAA

Part 107 Trainer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration. Questions and explanations are written for this app from public FAA sources, and the figures are FAA publications that are in the public domain.

No guarantee of passing

Practicing here does not guarantee a passing result on the FAA knowledge test. The real test can differ from any practice material.

Provided as is

We check every answer against a cited source, but mistakes are still possible and FAA rules and charts change. The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. If you think an answer is wrong, use the dispute button in the app or write to us. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the app, including a failed exam, exam fees, or a decision you make while flying.

Price

Every feature is included in the app, with no in-app purchases and no subscription. When you buy the app, the purchase, and any refund, is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. We may change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.

Using the app

Use the app for your own study. Please do not copy or resell the app or its original explanations. If you install the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted at this address with a new date, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
